About the Project
Dora Construction is building these apartments, with a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units, on a fully serviced lot. The apartments include energy-efficient appliances and a heat pump for comfortable temperatures year-round. All apartments will have their own patio or balcony. An accessible entrance will provide easier access to the building.
Location and Community
The apartments are centrally located in Glace Bay, overlooking the water and close to the downtown, shopping and other housing.
Next Steps
Construction is continuing throughout the fall inside and outside the building. This includes interior finishes (drywall, flooring, painting), exterior siding, and exterior improvements (parking lots and landscaping).
