Kentville – Justice Way

About the Project

Dora Construction is building this housing on provincially-owned land on Justice Way. It will provide safe, affordable homes for about 100 people, including seniors and families.

The building will include five one-bedroom and 25 two-bedroom apartments. Ten of the 30 apartments will be fully accessible. All will have heat pumps and be energy efficient.

Location and Community

The apartments will be in downtown Kentville, with sidewalks, close to shopping, banking, pharmacies, and other essential services. Tenants will have access to Kings Transit, which travels throughout the Valley six days a week.

What’s Next

Work is underway preparing the site for construction. This includes soil remediation and demolition of two buildings.

The modular units for this housing are being built at the Eastcut facility in Trenton. They will begin arriving on site this fall.
