About the Project
The Crossley Court project will provide homes for up to 16 families or individuals, with a mix of 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom apartments. The building will be energy-efficient, keeping apartments warm in winter and cool in summer. Some units will be fully accessible.
Location and Community
The Crossley Court apartments will be on the cul-de-sac, close to seniors’ and other public housing.
What’s Next
Nova Scotia-based firm zzap Architecture and Planning is now working on initial designs. This work will confirm the number and size of units, the size and shape of the buildings, roads or driveways to the site and other design details.

Construction should begin this spring, subject to the tender responses.
